Shipping

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because we specialize in vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. We encourage you to carefully review our Sizing Guide and all listing photos and descriptions before purchasing.

The only exception: if your item arrives damaged or in a condition notably worse than what was shown and described in the listing, please contact us at jnnkshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and make it right.

A Note on Vintage Wear

Every item we sell has lived a life before it reached us — and that's part of the appeal. Vintage pieces naturally carry signs of wear from the years: fading, small marks, minor stitching quirks, and other character that comes with age. We always do our best to accurately capture and showcase this in our listing photos, so what you see is what you get. If you have any questions about the condition of a specific item before you buy, reach out and we're happy to help.
